Online Shopping Terms:

The online Shopping Terms and conditions are applicable to all purchases placed online at

Kindly read the terms carefully. You must attend to register with us prior to placing your first order online. You must click Register in order to complete the registration form. Registration and/or use of our online shopping website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our Website.


Online registration:

Registration on our online shopping site is conditional upon your specified delivery address being within certain specified areas. If your delivery address is not within an area where we deliver, items will be displayed as not available. Your order will be canceled if you change your registered delivery address to an address outside the specified radius.

In order to register you must provide Toshiba Cape Town with your personal details and your delivery address. During the registration process, your email address and password will be used as your login details. The responsibility remains on the user to ensure that his/her password is kept private as Toshiba Cape Town does not accept any liability for damages or loss suffered due to misuse of log-in and password details. You will be required to log in each time you visit our online shop. User details can be updated under the my-account tab under my main menu.


Products sales and availability

All products sold by Toshiba Cape Town are sold in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to availability. Toshiba Cape Town reserve the right to change product specifics and to discontinue products or service without notice. Toshiba Cape Town will update its site as soon as products; services and offers change.


Content Errors

Should a material error in the description or prices of our products, goods, or services be identified the order will not be accepted. Kindly note that images on our website might vary from the actual product packaging.


Pricing Policy

You will be charged according to the price displayed on the site and at the moment the sale is concluded and subject to availability. Delivery Fee is charged. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax. Promotions are subject to stock availability, certain conditions, and limited offer conditions.


Methods of Payment:

Payment will be accepted via: Visa or Master Card through FNB.


Stock Availability

Toshiba Cape Town is not always able to guarantee stock availability. Should we not be able to supply the goods or products ordered we will offer a substitute product where applicable and if possible.

Should we be unable to supply each and every product or goods ordered or in the quantities that you have requested, you agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.


Confirmation of Order:

At the moment an order is placed online your offer to purchase comes into effect. Your offer is deemed to be accepted by ourselves when you receive confirmation of your order. Orders which are placed online constitute your offer to purchase products and goods subject to our online terms.


Refunds and Returns policy

There is a seven-day return policy on our products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the items purchased you may return them to our store for a refund, replacement, or exchange with the provision that you can provide us with the original tax invoice and the items are returned in their original packaging.


Incorrect goods delivered:

Should the incorrect goods be delivered the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the said goods. The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will refund the customer their money or exchange it for the correct product.



Should you wish to cancel part of your order or the entire order please send your cancellation request to: on the same day that the order has been placed. We may not be able to cancel products or goods which have already been dispatched.
